We have a technologically advanced manufacturing unit, which enables us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients, within the stipulated time frame. Spread over a vast area of 3000 square meters, our manufacturing unit has the installed capacity of 150 units. Our unit is equipped with all the latest hi-tech machines for manufacturing of quality communication & microwave towers, allied accessories and galvanized angles, bars, barricades and barriers. Few of the machines that we have installed in the unit are as follows:

• Sealing machine

• Spindle molder machine

With the above machines and equipments, we also have an in-house design unit along with CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development.

We have an ultra modern research and development wing, which is controlled by a talented team of researchers. They are involved in constant research work to find out innovative and effective methods for the manufacturing of towers, allied accessories and galvanized angles, bars, barricades and barriers. To improve the quality of our existing products and to gather information about the new developments, they regularly conduct research. The research conducted by them is based on the development of following parameters:

The new developments are then scrutinized on the basis of the available resources with the company. After complete assurance of the effectiveness and feasibility of the new development, our R&D team recommends it to the concerned department for further incorporation in the manufacturing process.
